This pattern is a unique piece of art, just as your own finished quilt will turn out to be! This guardian angel is made by fusing individually selected fussy-cut fabrics to a lightweight base cloth in a beautiful arrangement all your own. Laura Heine has included detailed instructions about her technique to guide you through the process. Material requirements include: An assortment of scraps in 4" x 4", 4" x 11" or 4" x 22" pieces: (8) different peach to rust colors for hair; (12) different light grays and creams for wings; (31) medium to dark grays and blues for background; (3) light pinks and peach for skin and background; (9) light to medium yellows and golds for dress and halo; (4-5) different florals for cuttable motifs such as flowers, butterflies and hearts; vintage silk or assorted scraps for dress and halo; 5 yds fusible web; 60" pattern ease foundation; 1/4 yd binding; 2 yds backing.
