These forest friends are looking forward to showing off their latest finishes at tonight's guild meeting. Piece them using fat quarters and conventional patchwork techniques. No templates of paper piecing! Material requirements include: Large - (26) fat quarters in yellows and greens for fox blocks, cool mints and greens for bunny blocks, pinks and purples or blues for deer blocks, oranges and peaches for bear blocks; (1) fat quarter orange and (1) fat eighth off white for fox; (1) fat quarter gray and (1) fat eighth pink for bunny; (1) fat quarter fawn and (1) fat eighth off white or lt tan for deer; (1) fat quarter brown and (1) fat eighth amber for bear; 1/8 yd dark brown for eyes and noses; 3-5/8 yds background fabric; 3/4 yd binding fabric; 5-1/4 yds backing fabric; 79" x 89" batting. Small - (4) fat eighths in yellows and greens for fox blocks, (5) fat eighths in cool mints and greens for bunny blocks, (5) fat eighths in pinks and purples or blues for deer blocks, (4) fat eighths in oranges and peaches for bear blocks; (1) fat eighth orange and (1) 5" x 5" square off white for fox; (1) fat eighth gray and (1) 10" x 10" square pink for bunny; (1) fat eighth fawn and (1) 5" x 5" square off white or lt tan for deer; (1) fat eighth brown and (1) 5" x 5" square amber for bear; 1/8 yd dark brown for eyes and noses; 2 yds background fabric; 1/2 yd binding fabric; 3-1/4 yds backing fabric; 49" x 61" batting.
