eQuilter has the best customer service ever. They have helped me with special orders over the years, and I’ve done a few. The best thing about eQuilter is that they have high quality fabrics. The fabric is never disappointing. I do a Saturday market and everyone asks me where I get my beautiful fabrics. I tell them eQuilter . They say they will have to check them out. I had been looking for some extra fabric for quilting and was so pleased to fine eQuilter's. I was searching for a particular type of fabric that needed to be a rich purple, EQuilter had such a wide selection and some were even on sale. I was amazed at what was delivered. It is so nice that the fabric matches what is shown on the website and you can trust them for quality.

I’ve been a customer for many years but never had anything happen with an order until yesterday. I ordered all of a clearance fabric the day before. Yesterday I received both a voicemail and an email explaining that they had the amount I ordered but in several smaller pieces, and would I like it or a different fabric (links to the suggested fabrics were included!) or as a last resort, would I like a refund? I chose the several smaller pieces, let them know by email and got a prompt reply back. My fabric is on the way and I couldn’t be happier with their amazing customer service!

I just took advantage of your 1lb of fabric and I would love to do it again! Every piece(except 1)was so exciting and stirred my creative juices! eQuilter's fabrics are so beautiful and I got several brand name designers that I'm familiar with their work-Michael Miller, Henry Glass, Rubin Design Studio. The Christmas ones were gorgeous and some were funny and I love them all. One small piece was cut in a pretty bad way and I'll have trouble using it. But with so many glorious pieces, who cares? Thank you for the special care shipping and getting it in such a timely manner. Y'all are on my the top of my list of favorites!

I frequently browse your website, always looking for something to add to or finish a project, and I have relied on eQuilter for years. eQuilter never fails me with the variety and quality of fabrics. I go to the website for one or two items, and end up finding the perfect fabrics I need, and others that I can’t resist. My most recent order was the same. While browsing, I found some dragonflies fabrics that were gorgeous. Naturally, they became my latest project idea. My order arrived last week, and all the fabrics were absolutely as gorgeous as they were on the website. The dragonflies have the most beautiful colors! I can’t wait to start that project! I also love the design board where I can see how the fabrics will look together before I buy them. Your service is excellent. I know that if there’s any question about my order, a friendly, helpful employee will call me to ensure everything is right. I love how the fabrics are neatly folded, wrapped in tissue paper and tied with a strip of fabric. I use those strips to keep fabrics for each quilt bundled together until I’m ready to use them. You even send a color print-out of my order with a hand-written thank-you on it. These small things add up to real customer service as it should be. eQuilter is my go-to for fabrics! I have ordered from eQuilter for many years, and never been disappointed in the fabrics or the service. I love eQuilter!!

Absolutely love your fabrics and panels. I make quilts to donate to DSS in 5 different counties, through a non profit organization called Bags of Love. We make bags, quilts, and pillow cases. Your sales help my $ go so much further and everyone loves the quilts I donate. I’m sure the kids put into foster care love them too!! If you ever want to donate to another worthy cause, look us up!! They are based on Airport road, Asheville, NC.
