This unique quilt collage pattern features a beautiful array of flowers missing some of their petals, with the phrases "He Loves Me!" and "He Loves Me Not" appearing throughout the design. The flowers and phrases alternate with one another in vertical rows of collaged prints. It is made by fusing pieces of a variety of prints to a lightweight base. Laura Heine has included detailed instructions about her technique to guide you through the process, and includes a full-size pattern. Material Requirements Include: 1/4 yd each of 16 different backgrounds; 9"x10" or so of 18 different fabrics for the flowers - pinks, yellows, orange, reds, and purples; 6"x10" or so of 8 additional fabrics for flowers in above colors; 12"x10" of 7 different greens for leaves and stems; 9"x10" of 3 additional blue/greens for stems and leaves; 1 yd for sashing and 1/4" single fold binding; about 4-5 yds of 24" wide Steam a Seam 2 (eQuilter Product WAST5524); clear plastic - each measuring about 8"x24" - for placement guide (1-gallon ziplocs will work great!); 3 yards woven fusible; 4-7/8 yds (43" width) backing fabric; Black 40wt thread for the machine embroidery; pressing mat, scissors, and a #2 pencil.
