Fabric requirements: 16" x 16" (1 block)- 1/2 yd background, 1 applique fat quarter minimum, 1/2 yd 18" fusible web, 5/8 yd backing, 1/4 yd binding; 48" x 64" (12 blocks) - 3 yds background, 12 applique fat quarters minimum OR 18 fat quarters for color gradation, 7 yds 18" fusible web, 3-1/4 yds backing, 1/2 yd binding; 64" x 80" (20 blocks) - 5 yds background, 20 applique fat quarters minimum OR 40 fat quarters for color gradation, 12 yds 18" fusible web, 5 yds backing, 5/8 yd binding; 80" x 80" (25 blocks)- 6-1/4 yds background, 25 applique fat quarters minimum OR 45 fat quarters for color gradation, 15 yds 18" fusible web, 7-1/2 yds backing, 2/3 yd binding.
